The Chart of Process flow
decoil→feed→guided→roll-form→ bottom punch→lip adjust→curve →cutting→collection
1. This production line includes decoiler, roll-forming, punching, curving, cutting and stacking as an automatic producing process, requiring 1 worker.
2. Transmission of roll-former is chain wall plate.
3. Curving is after roll-forming, then cutting. The curving machine can curve two-direction; the curving radius is adjusted manually.
4. The puncher is hydraulic punching, the computer control it optically.
5. The curver can be part of the roll former and stand alone, if stand alone, it will be have its own hydraulics and power source and equipped with one set of flat collection table and curve collection table.
6. The curve can be tighter than 2m. The min value is 1.5m.
7. The lip rolled before the guillotine so the guillotine must be able to cut the normal corrie profile and the corrie profile with the lip and the same as the curve, to curve the normal corrie profile and the corrie profile with the lip. (See the detail drawings.)

main roll-former: 15KW Brake Motor (refer to the final machine)
Curving System: 2.2KW (refer to the final machine)
hydraulic system: 7.5KW (including the cutting) (refer to the final machine).

2) Material of shaft: 45# steel hardening and tempering treatment. Outer diameter 85mm ,total solid
Tolled shafts
3) Rollers: Material is high grade No.45 forged steel, with digital-controlled procession. The rollers are plated with hard chrome with thickness of 0.05mm on the surface after being machined by the exact machine tool. So that to ensure long life of forming rollers.
4) The plating chromium’s thickness on the surface of rollers: 0.05mm
5) Main stand: 350# H steel welded structure Wall plate thickness: 14mm the main frame of machine is welded separately and the outside wall is connected by screw after being rot blasted on the surface.
6) Chain and gear move the line, motor drives. All working actions are controlled by PLC electric cabinet automatically.
7) Suitable power voltage: 380V/50HZ/3Phase (can de designed according to buyer’s requirement)
8) Line working speed (Forming speed): about 15-18 m/min (without cut time)
